Thanks for the great tips, i knew it was possible but could not recall the command for this and other tips  like sending messages via TTY etc... can be helpful when in a sensitive area no mobile etc... with voice / unified comms developing so fast more tips in this area would be very welcome.

Just to let you know, I passed the IPTD exam last Friday.

Many thanks for a most enjoyable and productive course, I appreciate you went off track to cover the items I asked for (CCM 5.x and 6.0..etc) it was really appreciated.

I found the ICND1 Questions were a big help and massively contributed to me passing ICND1 exam.

Now I have completed the ICND2 course, I would like to use the same methods to hopefully pass ICND2.
