Hello David,

I would just like to say thank you for the smoothness of our transaction from ebay.

It's good that it all went to plan, and I wish all traders were as efficient as you were today.

I have had a quick look at the programme, and it seems just what I  need to get some revision done before I book the exam.

Thanks again,

Neil Frost
David,

Great, thanks a lot.
By the way, I love your monthly newsletters, they’re great reading and learning material.  Keep up the good work.

I think the new version of the command memorizer is brilliant and has been a massive help during studying for the exams

Thanks for the quick response. Feel free to use the comments. If you’d like to add something else I will tell you that I found your proof-readers to be particularly good.

This is my 8th certification test in the last year and frequently the answers that are given are just blantantly wrong.

It was a good feeling to not find myself confused.

David,

Just wanted to say thanks for your study materials. I passed the (ICND 1) CCENT exam. I will be looking to write the ICND 2 exam in the future.

Hi David,

Your apps are some of the best I’ve seen.

I’m contemplating getting a my CCIE in routing and will be looking at purchasing your memorization tool. Thanks.

Hi - thought the newsletter was excellent.

Thanks for the answer, it's been getting to me for months, and I just keep forgetting to ask you for a solution. You have no idea how much time that little command is going to safe me. I'm working on a huge security network which has over 80 firewalls some of which have over 3000 lines of access-lists.

It's a pain in the neck trying to find a single host with a certain port to see if the access-list exists, so this is going to safe me a stack of time :)
