All returns and exchanges must have a RMA number! You can obtain a RMA number by contacting customer service by raising a case at our helpdesk here: http://configureterminal.zendesk.com

If your product is a physical product, include your packing slip (or a note with your order information) in the box that you ship back to us.

We need to have your order information and contact information in order to process a refund or exchange. Write your RMA number on the packing slip/note.

ConfigureTerminal.com will exchange any USB 2.0 External Hard Drive containing our complete set of training that fails due to mechanical problems during this period of time. After this time period, ConfigureTerminal.com will replace the training that was purchased and you will be charged only for the cost of the hard drive.
