Please note that the username and password required by the EBook software is NOT the same as your username and password used to login to ConfigureTerminal.com. Each EBook has it's own unique username and password.

Please make sure that you have keyed in the information properly, without any spaces before or after the username and password.  User and Passwords are cases sensitive.  Passwords are all numbers.
